Prior to joining Nobisfields, he was a Chief State Attorney at the Registrar-General Department. He specializes in corporate, intellectual property, corporate governance, debt recovery and real estate.
He joined the Registrar-General Department in September 1988 as a State Attorney and rose through the ranks to Chief State Attorney. He has over 30 years of experience in company law, intellectual property, company administration and employment law. He has over 30 years of experience in the administration of the Companies Act, Bodies Corporate (Official Liquidations) Act. 1963, Incorporated Private Partnership Act 1962, Act 152, the Registration of Business Names Act. 1962, Act 151, Trademarks Act 2004, Act 664, Industrial Designs Act 2003 and Patent Act, 2003, Act 657 by virtue of having worked as a Chief State Attorney at the Registrar-General’s Department. Joseph was a member of a team of three Lawyers who drafted the Industrial Property Legislation for Ghana.
Joseph holds the following qualifications:
- QCL from Ghana School of Law
- BA (Law) from University of Ghana
He is a member of the Ghana Bar Association.
