Prior to founding and leading WTS Nobisfields, Theophilus worked with Ernst & Young (EY), where he served in both audit and tax advisory roles, including as a Senior Tax Advisor and Deputy Transfer Pricing Head. His professional experience extends across Ghana, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Nigeria, the United Kingdom, and the Middle East, providing him with a broad understanding of international business and tax environments. 

Theophilus is an accomplished academic and thought leader. He serves as a Law Lecturer at the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA), where he teaches and researches Tax Law, Financial Services Regulation, Corporate Law, and related subjects. He has contributed to international legal and tax publications and has consulted on policy and regulatory projects for international development organisations, including GIZ, FCDO, Ghana Integrity Initiative and IOM. 

Theophilus currently serves as the Supervisory Board Member- Africa (Africa Leader) of WTS Global and a Non-Executive Director at the UK-Ghana Chamber of Commerce.
