Our aim:

To train a equip delegates with the knowledge and awareness of the Data Protection Act 2012 (Act 843) and requirements to perform the role of a DPS. The training also aim to prepare delegates write the DPC accreditation exams organized by DPC.

Objectives:

Delegates will be trained on the following:

• Understanding of the Data Protection Act 2012 (Act 843).
• Personal and other categories of data.
• Processing of difference categories of data.
• Data subject

Day 2

• Data Controller and Data Processor (including third party processors)
• Data Protection Principles
• Data Rights and Data Subject Rights

Day 3

• Compliance with the Data Protection Act
• Data Protection in Cyber security
• Data Protection Governance and Accountability

Day 4

• Policies and procedures requirements
• International Data Transfer
• Recap and assessment

Day 5

• Exams preparation and final Exam
