Jephthah is a Legal Assistant at WTS Nobisfields and has significant experience in incorporation/registration of companies both local and foreign. He assists corporate clients resolve issues bothering on regulatory compliance and other corporate processes such as company restructuring and liquidation among others.

He provides assistance to foreign nationals and entities who wish to establish a company in Ghana and those already doing business in Ghana to ensure that their dealings and transactions comply with particularly the Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992) and other regulations.

Prior to joining Nobisfields Jephthah worked with Jally Microfinance Company Limited as a Credit Supervisor and also served as a senior management member. He has expertise in debt recovery and training of entrepreneurs.

He was a member of the Rural Research and Advocacy Group (RRAG) where he assisted in a number of rural sensitization programs particularly in Ejura in the Ashanti Region of Ghana.
