Prince is driven by a passionate pursuit of legal excellence bolstered by a robust foundation in diverse disciplines. He is a results-oriented lawyer with a track record in litigation, contract negotiations and adept at solving complex legal problems.

Prior to joining WTS Nobisfields, Prince worked with Globacom, the District Court and served as the head of litigation and arbitration at Lexwits Consult.  His professional journey has traversed technical expertise in telecommunications across West Africa encompassing roles in engineering, operations and maintenance.

Prince has dealt with technology companies like Alcatel – Lucent, Huawei, ZTE corporation, Ceragem, Ericsson, Mantrac, SDMO etc.

He possesses extensive experience in managing property related affairs including transactions, disputes and legal intricacies pertaining to land and real estate.

He has substantial experience in negotiating multinational contracts across a wide spectrum of sectors and industries.

He has successfully spearheaded complex litigations involving political parties, global corporations and private individuals. He has handled high profile matrimonial cases relating to divorce, marriage and custody with excellent proficiency.

Prince has also provided legal advisory services to a wide range of clients encompassing Financial institutions, Insurance Firms, Pharmaceuticals, Engineering firms, etc.

  • Prince has the following qualifications:
  • Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana
  • QCL (Ghana School of Law)
  • LLB ( Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration-GIMPA)
  • BSc. Physics ( KNUST)

He is a member of the Ghana Bar Association
