Michael is an Assistant Tax Manager at WTS Nobisfields responsible for transfer pricing.

He has significant experience and knowledge in accounting, treasury management, transfer pricing arrangements and other tax related services.

Prior to joining WTS Nobisfields, Michael was an account payable supervisor at Hyspec Ghana Limited responsible for accounting and tax compliance, processing of payments and financial transactions to suppliers.

He also worked as a Treasury Officer with Golden Star Bogoso/Prestea Limited, responsible for accounting, cash management and funding, short-term liabilities obligations.

He also worked with Golden star (Wassa) Limited as a Purchasing Officer responsible for the procurement of vital supply chains parts, prioritizing cost efficiency, establishing cost parameters and budget for procurements.

He has over 8 years working experience in accounting, finance, tax and procurement management in the mining, shipping and logistics industry.

Qualification:

• Bachelor of commerce from the University of cape coast.
• Finalist of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana)
