Alexander is a Tax Manager at WTS Nobisfields responsible for business development. He is a Chartered Accountant and finance executive with over 15 years of experience in financial management, public sector accounting, and donorfunded programs.  

He has expertise in IPSAS/IFRS reporting and a proven track record in streamlining financial systems and leading crossfunctional teams to strengthen fiscal discipline and accountability. 

Prior to joining WTS Nobisfields, Alexander served as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer (General Services) at the Middle Belt Development Authority, where he supervised institutional setup and reforms. His responsibilities included establishing accounting systems, HR manuals, performancebased budgeting frameworks, and governance structures. 

He also has strong exposure to banking operations, having managed both branch and headoffice functions, treasury operations, prudential reporting, and AML compliance.
