He specialises in a number of areas of law including banking and finance, corporate/commercial, energy, employment, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, capital market, projects, tax and dispute resolution.

He is the Non-Executive Director/Chairman of Legal Sector Committee at the UK Ghana Chamber of Commerce (UKGCC). He is a Law Lecturer at the University of Professional Studies, Accra teaching and researching into Financial Services Regulations, Tax Law and Corporate law.

He is a contributor to the World Bank Doing Business report and Banking Regulation (Ghana) for the Getting the Deal Through.
